• No copyrighted materials. Any copyrighted materials posted to these forums must have the copyright holder’s written consent.
• No threats, harassment or “trolling”. These offenses are taken seriously and will lead to post deletion and user banning.
• No profanity.
• No personal attacks.
• No advertisements or “spamming”. This includes personal businesses and links to sites that charge for access.
• No personal advertisements of ACE materials for sale.
• Incorrect fitness information. Although threads and posts are not always moderated, if any are found with incorrect information that may threaten other’s health ACE can remove or edit posts.
• Outside linking. Outside linking is acceptable if the link is of interest to others in the thread.
