Does anyone know anything about this supplement? I have gone to the website, and there are only rave reviews about it. I would like to know if it is safe or harmful? I cannot find any other facts about it online anywhere. There is a 3 pack, morning, afternoon, and evening supplements. The website is www.releaseprogram.net. Thank you for your time!

Those are not rave reviews, they are sales pitches. Everything on their site is there because they want you to buy their product. This is the case with any product, so you are right to look elsewhere for information. Even the claims of studies are often fabricated, or at the very least, manipulated.

I personally don't believe in products like this. They are mainly stimulants and have the potential to be dangerous, depending on your health.

The big problem with products like these is that they can make all of their claims, but they don't have to prove them. Most of the supplement ingredients they include are commonly claimed to help weight loss, but have actually been proven not to work.

These products always contain a reduced calorie diet and exercise program and they will tell you that the product won't work unless you follow the diet and exercise routines. Well if you do that, you don't need the pills, lol.

Look at the individual ingredients, then go to reputable websites such as Berkeley Wellness (by the university of CA), Intelihealth, WebMD, 3FC, and other similar sites and see what the research says. It's eye opening.

Caffeine, Magnesium Salicylate, Synephrine, Yohimbine, B12

I am afraid that the last person is right. The ingredients above are exactly what you find in herbal studies for fat burn/weight loss. One problem is Synephrine, anything with the ending rine means stimulant for hormonal energy drive ( adrenaline). The caffeine, well it is what it is, but how much? Hmm? the average safety tolerance level is 400mg per day, and normally us humans consume that allready on a daily basis. Yohimbe, come on that trick has been around for ages. It does the trick, but why not just get only the pure element itself. If you want a metabolism booster, try drinking more water and tallying up on the vitamins and minerals. I understand that everyone wants a booster as a fix to kick the old furnace into gear, but this ain't the way to go. I have seen a fat burn natural stack that works as experimented and tested by Bill Phillips, but the amounts and timing I am afraid I do not have, but they are crucial. The stack was, but in 8 week cycles only. Every other day bitter orange root, caffeine and asprin. On the day not using this, it was yohimbe bark extract. Whatever the case I can not advise on this topic. I can merely guide you on what I have seen and a few facts. If you feel as though you need a fat burn stack, please see a qualified registered dietitian and or a physician. Also, do your resarch as the other person mentioned. If you must use supplements, use only the pure form of each via a herbal store. Company produced brand name fat burners etc.. contain too many ingredients. Go for the pure form first if you must.

I have just spent a few hours checking it out, after taking a morning pill and not being able to go to sleep. From what I can see the yohimbe bark does not seem to have great side effects and can cause death! also you are not to eat cheese,or red wine when taking release.

There is no drug which you can call safe. Everything depnds on the dosage and frequency. In large doses, even aspirin can kill you.

Well, here it is for me.. I ordered Extagen. I am sure everybody here knows what that is for.. Anyway, in the ingredients, I noticed that Yohimbe is not there, but, it is in the pill. A wopping 125mg of it is. Now, I found out that it can kill you. But, I know it depends on how much you consume. Anybody now how much of this stuff you have to consume before that happens?
